Lather and Nothing ElseThe story of Lather And Nothing Else, by Hernando Tellez, is a story about a barber that is secretly a revolutionary. One morning, he is shocked find Captain Torres, his enemy who captures and hangs revolutionary's, enter his shop. While the barber shaves him, he has an internal struggle whether to kill the captain or not. In the end, the barber does not kill the captain. But as the captain leaves, he says "They told me you would kill me. I came to find out if that was true. But it's not easy to kill. I know what i'm talking about"

Harrison BergeronThe story of Harrison Bergeron by Kurt Vonnegut Jr., is a story about a world where everyone is equal. People who are stronger must wear sandbags and people who are smart must wear thought blocking headsets. This creates forced equality between the world. Harrison Bergeron is a 14 year old boy who is 7ft tall and extremely smart. The government could not come up with handicaps to make him equal with everyone else, so they threw him in jail. When Harrison breaks out of jail, he goes to to a live broadcast of a ballerina recital, that his parents happened to be watching. There he declares himself emperor and removes the handicaps of one of the dancers. They dance until the handicapper general breaks in and shoots them. Because of their mental handicaps, Harrison's parents forget what they saw on the TV almost immediately.
